Hi my names Mark V.
I'm looking for some people who are into kitesurfing here in the Las Vegas area? I have taken a lesson up in Reno and am just starting to body drag up wind. I have a long way to go but it would be nice and safer to learn with some experienced riders who wouldn't mind a newbie! I have my own gear, if anyone is around or would like to help that would be greatly apperiecated.

Try Beamer Bob he just moved to Henderson and needs to get out on the water because the playa is too friggin hot.

Come out to the park with our group and you can hook up with some of the local kite flyers. We have a Local Fun Fly here in Vegas EVERY Friday Night. The park is the Sam Boyd Silverbowl Soccer Complex, it is located on Boulder Highway and Russell Road, right in front of the UNLV football stadium (Silver bowl).

Time is Every Friday from around 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. There are several here that kiteboard on Lake Mead and Mojave plus the normal gang that kite buggies/ground boards and all other aspects of kite flying (stunt, single line, etc...)
