Buggies are a pain to ship so I would prefer to sell locally. I was planning to head out to the oregon coast next weekend, but had to cancel my trip. Could still deliver the buggy to the Bellingham-Seattle area any time if any kiters down there want a fast and portable buggy. For a lightweight person in particular, these folding buggies are versatile and very quick.
