we stay at the Isla Blanca park, the cabanas sleep 3 and are $30/night. or you can get a condo or hotel for cheap too.

will probably adventure up to Corpus too afew of the days.

Flysurfers Unite !

I'm taking the family down there in a couple weeks. Planning to sneak away and play with my flysurfer if the wind behaves. Definitely gonna try to meet up with you guys for the November trip also.

Tell me more and is there an area to buggy? We want to go down the end of March and stay a while. Maybe even get a few buggiers to come with.

SPI is one the greatest kite spots in the US, I go down last week of Nov. to first week of Oct. and have had some great sessions, miles of hardpack beach, no people and plenty of wind. I kiteboard and atb, but somebody posted a while back that it was illegal to use wind powered vehicles on the Gulf Coast, really ruined my plans for this fall.I think Indigo Wolf had info on this so maybe he can bring up the facts on this.

You are allow to buggy , just not in the protected areas like the state parks. We are allow to drive on the beach in Texas. If you can drive on it , you can buggy. Only problem is you have to compete with the cars on the beach.

DBBB is coming up on thanksgiving week and it's right here on the texas gulf coast.
