What kind of wrist strap is he using in that video? Looks like it is tied into the power and brake line?

As Drew said, FF Stackers are dual line... no seperate brake and power lines.
It looks like the flyer has made up hybrid controls combining:

He's probably doing this so he is splitting the pull of the kites between his wrists and fingers.
Flying smaller stacks, a lot of people use just Sky Claws. The rational is that if the pull gets to be too much, you can just let go without worrying
about controls getting hooked up on your wrists and dragging you. This, of course, relies on the fact that the downwind field is clear..... all the
way to Kansas.
