If I am correct you seem to be on the quest for the ultimate low wind static jumping machine ? You already have it!
The Speed is NOT going to serve you better than the 10m Blade unless you are in motion.
Low wind jumping is just not very attainable. Throwing money at a Speed III when you aren't riding yet is what doesn't make sense to me?
