| Recon Rumors

Has anyone heard any rumors about Recon Goggles either being upgraded for this season OR having an on board camera integrated (my own personal wish
for the Recons). I forgot to hit up Ricky/Heliboy to check them out while I was at SOBB. Definitely curious about them but it's a spendy proposition
to buy blind. KC07 - Certified Chronic

Recon has a few new things in the works. For instance they've hooked up with Uvex, Briko and Alpina who are offering a series of goggles that are
"Recon Ready" and compatible with the Snap fit MOD or MOD Live which are aftermarket Recon assemblies that can be added.http://www.outdoorindustry.org/news.industry.php?newsId=1493...
I love my Transcends. They've been awesome and I can't wait to get out there this winter and put 'em to good use again.:wee:

Prayers sent! That would be as cool as the goggles. Or are you actually wanting the map on HUD?

No just speed :D true, the Duke is great fun below 100km/h but ... 100 in a 50 zone is still bad m'kay. The TL wouldn't really start to get fun until
redline in second gear - and that was 130 :o Yeah... I got a kite. Or two... |

I talked to rip about it a while back, he said some lower profile ideas were in the works. The transcend fits well for me in the mx helmet that I use
in the bug, but I have a hard time with the fit with the insider helmet. If possible, try before you buy. They are pretty cool, though. Aim low. Reach your goals, and avoid disappointment.

poss, there are some details that are being worked out with the NAST, Soldier, and my current status. (moving soon) The upgrades are pretty
#@%$#!ing, but I have to admit, I am still a little terrified about the thought of taking them anywhere but out on the snow. Really want to take them
out on the playa, if I knew I wouldn't f' the lens. Beamer IV 1.4m, 2.0m, 4.0m, 5.0m Crossfire 3.0m, 4.0m, 6.5m

They need to make a version with tear aways for that kind of duty. Assuming they haven't for mountain biking and Moto. Chris Krug-Owner @ Hardwater Kiting. Authorized Dealer of Ozone, Flysurfer, HQ kites.www.hardwaterkiter.com 603-986-2784

Never really thought about it before. Hopefully a user-replaceable lens is high on the development to-do list.
