Flysurfer - "Change of the projected size when powering up"
On the Flysurfer.com website specs for the Speeds:
"Change of the projected size when powering up - 21%"
What does this mean exactly?

as far as I know, just means the amount of additional canopy generating lift when you pull in the bar - or estimated effective size change of canopy
when you pull in the bar.

fyi; Concept Air Kites out of Quebec, Canada has been using similar technology on their "Smart" kites since 2007 !
