Hey D, they were already available in the US. Trampashack of MOUNTAINBOARD .NET was first. That is where I got mine. But I didn't buy a R2R. I
picked out all my components ,and they had Ted ship it to me. Price..... well let's just say I'm REALLY proud of this board, and so is Ted. AWESOME
board,17 ply deck ,VerTiGo trucks w/ titanium kingpins, superstar hubs, ratchet bindings. Definitely worth the extra loot.
P.S. East Coast Kite Sports also is a Trampa dealer as well. Welcome to ATB heaven!

They weren't available in the USA before? ... Wow you guys missed out! These things are awesome (see my avatar?)!
I don't understand how there are 6 models though. The whole point of a Trampa is that you can choose every single detail on your board (to the
extreme, like the color of the print on the rims) and adjust everything according to your own preference BEFORE you buy them. This means you don't end
up having to buy a second set of footstraps because you didn't like the ones that "originally came with it". A set of standard models is what all the
lesser brands have...
Me: Dutch Flyboarder ... but not the kind you\'re thinking of.
Power: PL Vibe 1.8 (1.9 mod) - PL Vibe 1.9 - PL Vibe 2.3 - PL Hornet 2.0 - PL Twister 4.1 - PL Twister 5.6
Wind Range: Riding: 11 - 38 knots. Jumping: 12 - 21 knots.
Ride: Trampa (14ply 35deg channels)
Wants: PL Reactor II 6.9 - PL Impulse TR 3.0
Former gear: Libre Dragonboard Sirius - PL Guerilla 13 - Flysurfer Speed I 10 - Ozone Manta II 10
Homemade: PL Vibe 1.8 - Star 6.0 (Depower) - 3 Nasawings - Pixie 1.5 (fun foil) - Flowform 3.0 (slk) - Frog (laundry)
Dilemma: If you work, you have money for kites but no time to fly them. If you don\'t work, you have plenty of time to fly
kites, but no money to buy them. Either way, we\'re all screwed...

Bump for a top notch person to deal with! If I ever learn to do justice to the GI board you sold me, I will probably be asking you about one of these.
A couple of Trainers,
Some Fixed Bridle Kites (1.2m - 14m),
and some Depower Kites (3m - 20m),
GI & MBS boards,
PL XR+ buggy w/ VTT upgrade kit.

Preconfigured rigs made things more cost effective and streamlined the shipping/overseas production logistics.
It's the same model that mountainboard.net ran/runs under. You have a choice of preconfigured board or blank deck configs. All part of the joys over
overseas transit in oil dependent world.
All these headaches were what originally had Ted leery about US distributorship.

Sam

I love TRAMPA! .... and NO ,I'm not sponsored by them. I just like it built my way. And I just got my order of anodized blue spokes and blue shielded
abec 5 bearings today. I didn't think my TRAMPA could get any better lookin'. And I just noticed that they have VerTiGo trucks w/ TITANIUM axles
now... How sweet is that? I WANT !:o
edit: If ya want a custom TRAMPA in the US ,just go to http://www.trampaboards.com/home.php and find the parts you want ,then contact your nearest or favorite TRAMPA dealer( looks like there are 3
now). They can contact Ted directly. That is how I got mine.
