What is the best kite for Land, Water & Snow?

I’m new to the sport and want one kite that will do it all. I have done some research and found that a closed cell kite would be best. Some I found are HQ Neo II, HQ Matrixx & Flysurfer Psycho4.

What is the best?

Are there others that I don’t know about?

Thanks for your input and advice.

Cheers

Peter Lynn Charger would be another viable option for land/snow/water as would any inflatable but both are less launch friendly to beginners and inflatables are less accepting of beginner abuse and they need to be pumped up which isn't always fun in the snow.

"Best" is a relative term. What may be best for one person may not be for another.

Peter Lynns are a great option. Not too expensive for a used one, better depower than the others you listed, and serious gust handlers. A bit more of a learning curve than those you listed as well. IMO I wouldn't recommend a Charger for a beginner but a Venom 2 would be a great intro to Peter Lynn Arcs.

Flysurfer would be my next choice. The P4 is a great kite but a bit on the pricey side. But for the money you pretty much get what you pay for.

I haven't flown any of the Neo 2's. Hated the Neo 1. Never flown the Matrix. Seen footage and it looks like a great kite especially next to the Neo.

Take a look at people's signatures. You'll see a lot of Peter Lynns and Flysurfers out there.
