I joined this forum and was so excited i just chose any old name< is it possible to change my user name?

As an end-user.... no, I don't believe so.
Just send a U2U to pkf or doomwheels and Bob can do it for you.

Since you don't really have anything at all invested in your original name, why don't you just sign in as a new user from scratch again? I guess the
software might have a problem with you having 2 logins under the same email address, but it would be faster and less trouble. Welcome to the forum
