Sounds nice, but on Tuesday the weather man said partly cloudy and calm.....was anything but. We had rain, hail, and even snow! :flaming:

But today is nice and dry, the rest of the week looks the same. Not sure about the conditions out on the playa right now, even if it is a little damp it should be fine by this weekend. I will keep you all updated when the info comes in. Hope to see you all out here for NABX, buggy hard and safe!

I was watching the radar as that storm hit Vegas yesterday. It looked like they got much more than Primm. According to the weather station at BB's they only got .05in.

Also Superior got .03in and Elmers got .05in according to the links I posted above. Just enough to settle the dust... for a couple days. ;)

Checked out the lake bed today (ivanpah), land sailers were tearing it up and having a grand ol' time. No worries at all about poor weather and if the weather continues like today it will be one totally awesome buggy blast!!!

Safe travels to everyone attending and I will definatly see ya'll out on the playa!

It's friggin' awesome out here tonight! Nice 4-meter breeze, billions and billions of stars, the ski resort on the mountain to the south is lit up like a Christmas tree, and it's a silent, silent night.

Gee, think I'll go buggy. Mooooooohahahahahaha!

Ivanpah has been dodging bullets today. Other than the .016" recorded at BB's this morning it's been rain free (confirmed by on site spotters) all day. As you can see on the radar below all the rain has been passing to the Northwest and Southeast of the lakebed. That could change though as there is more rain approaching the area now. Hopefully it will continue to spare the lakebed.

This is the last update for tonight and I may not have time to refresh it in the morning before my flight out. Stay DRY y'all, see you soon!
