When I let my kid and his two friends borrow my kites so they can get good enough to fly on there own this winter , while I stay home to prepare skis , buggies and sleds for the fun to come. 13 pairs of skis two sets of buggy blades set to go!

You turn down a football party invite in case there might be wind that day. Then you wife plans something else so you miss a good kiting weekend anyway. (if you would have had nothing to do it wouldn't have been windy anyway:no: )

In 15 seconds of riding you completly forget you just wasted last 3 hrs of your life just standing out in 15f on a frozen patch of water waiting for the wind that was supposed to be there 4hrs ago.
