After a very nice late evening session at 13th Beach (about an hour SW of Melbourne), Mick made the comment that he reckoned he'd had about $100 worth
of fun. I thought it would make for good video title. Please enjoy.
ps.. Gopro axle mount version 5! And 5m Method. Mick had the 3.5m Century which easily outpaced the Method in 13-15 knots. Just give me a few more
knots and revenge will be mine!!!
another fun video John. I was thinking of a similar camera mount also angled to the rear to open up the field of view a bit more. nice to see how to
works in advance....

Thanks guys for your comments. My local beaches are here: Torquay, 13th & Ocean grove With 13th beach in the center, Torquay at left of screen and the Ocean Grove to Pt. Lonsdale run on the right. I
live about 120km NNW of these beaches near Ballarat so it's nearly a 2hr drive. A 4 hour drive gets me to the brilliant beach at Sandy Point: Sandy point A superbly wide and long beach - worth the drive for a couple of sessions. 5 hours west of me is Kingston: Kingston Not as wide as Sandy but over 120km of beach all the way to the mouth of the Murray river. We have a meet there starting on the 22nd of
Jan were about 30 of us will camp either on the beach itself or at the local caravan park. Here's a pic of the camp last year..
As for the east coast, the dunes at Stockton are awesome (I haven't been, yet) providing you can avoid the 4wd's!! Stockton
