into the daily grind, we have one flexboardz Haize.

a unique land board of the ultra high grip, high speed variety!

This unit is aluminum/SS based with a platform board deck. Looks like most of the models have a height adjustable, radial arm axle suspension, and the Haize comes with stout 9" wheels. These wheels are BIG and WIDE compared to typical atb wheels. The design maximizes wheel profile contact with surface and has no pivot oscillation wobble issues (up to +/- 40mph in my experience so far)
At speed the unit has a super solid feel, its weighty and stable. These pheatures give it a quick point of sail acceleration nicely coupled with a broad balance platform feel. Big carve action and locked to the ground at furious speeds. Board actuation is the same as conventionally trucked boards, with a predictable machined feel. The spring board pop of a conventional board is present but through tire pressure and adjustable rods and rubber bushings.

got about 3 hours on this unit. here's the first ride, first hour.
in this vid, its a side shore presentation, making it challenging for really high speeds but def get the switch and powerslides in and popping a few air/180s and toeside trans. Compared to my other boards , this board dose not have that floppy, tweeky, ultra-narrow center line balance .... a true wider balance and much more balance friendly.
so far with wind, early sessions i have been very surprised how nimble the board is and actually jonseing for nice onshore blows to wick this joker OUT. definitely true all-terrain, all grip unit.

Just curious about how you think the board adjusts to different surfaces. I noticed on the pass that in uneven grassy fields it seemed to have less vibration or feel smoother. It felt like the larger wheels helped go over uneven surfaces better as well. I noticed at about 1:07 it looks like the surface of the beach changed to a pretty rough area. Did you notice anything different from your other boards. I don't often get to ride the beach but the smoother feeling ride was a big selling point for me. It seemed to make grass feel much more like the smooth beach to me.

stetson ...yes the wash board ripples stuff , had the tires blimped out and rock hard made for a definite vibration but lowered the pressure and all was totally gone. true all terrain! even putty soft sand which is nice around the high-tide line, very nice tire float over a wide variety of surfaces with grip!. i may get some slicks to loosen it up a bit.

the other boards will "skip" across the ripples, which gives slippery acceleration that you don't want!
...and smooth it is indeed on this unit.

tire pressure and tire tread type are elements that easily change the feel , and is quick and easy.

gotta nice track width change mod coming up, so comparing the HAIZE to conventionally trucked units is better appreciated as far as center line balance feel. this amps the grip even more and almost brainless easy balance ...the "pullover " or pull off by the kite i can say is much more forgiving on this unit. if i had started with this unit, oh the pull slams i could have avoided! thanks for the watch

I am 6'2" and 290# would this board be stout enough for my weight
What is cost

looking up , i have hit about 8-10footers running decent 20mph ...all solid ! and the light air dead drops from about 4-6ft at #200...all solid.

#290...with the right tires/heavy tube, you'd be fine. thats what i will do and would be a nice step up after first set go. but when i first put the thing together i thought, anL/ XL guy could freestyle this unit easy. it predictably breaks loose with the right power combo, and dude you got the power BUILT-IN. stable hi-speed ...no YOUR limits! pilot caution advised.
