Kite Flying spots near Alexandria, VA?
I'll be spending a few days with in-laws who live in Alexandria, VA.
Does anyone know of any good spots nearby to buggy or just fly a kite?

Not sure about definite locations, but did a quick google and found two rather large parks. One is called Windmill Hill Park, the other one is
Founders Park. I think Ragden is down that way. He may be able to give you more info!
