Finally, we see the illusive desert tortoise! I knew they were out there, and now i know where they are! Across the street from us, where all the
big machines are!
We're lucky they didn't locate this plant(or others)in the middle of our lake!

I like the idea of taking the 1.6 billion dollars, giving it to home owners to instal solar panels on their roofs.
