NABX GETS ON THE MAP!
This year we will have a top ranking Google official walking the line for us. His (Matt Potter) plan is to use Google technology and create a virtual
walking tour of Nabx...so that whenever anybody looks up Ivanpah on Google, we will be there in all our glory! So be sure to make your camps look
spectacular and Smile at the birdie!

Cool, I have been talking to a friend at work about trying to get a shot of the lake during the event. I work for one of the main imagery suppliers
to Google.

This will be a Complete 360 deg view of the camp during the peak of the event. Should be able to turn and look at the mountains from a few
perspectives. You are welcome to talk to Matt and share info. It will take about 2 weeks to become live on the net.

Cool, I was talking about the overhead like this:
http://www.geeked.info/burning-man-2011-geoeye-satellite-ima...
If you pay us enough you, the customer, can have the image in 2 hrs, it will only cost you about 12 million/ month for the next 10 year :singing::wee:

Yeah that's a cool one for sure. This is my cousin doing his part to make NABX B I G G E R. I think in our price range there are a couple folks with
Kite cameras, not sure if we could post an overhead tour as well.

Rats! I had taken a few arcs and spelled AJ on the playa and parked beside the letters in buggies looking up and waiting for the click when the photo
was taken.
thanks Freddy for lending a couple of arcs to the initials.
Thanks for trying.

I remember thinking your arc parking was peculiar but had no clue. That's a
shame it didn't get recorded.

Google images turned out good, A places page is being created and pushed through, then a link will be added, and images will be uploaded. Should be a
couple more weeks till the site is created. Thanks Matt for taking time on a windy day to shoot this.
