Bullet or Blade
Hi, I am relatively new to kiting and havent flown very much. I am thinking of getting a kite and looking into either a 3.5 Bullet or a 4mtr Blade. I
weight about 83kgs (12.5-13stone). I d like something that would have a strong pull and work fairly well in low wind. Hopefully I d like to do a
little jumping a little later on. Any advice on which kite would be great?
I am more inclined to a Blade but have read in different places that it can be dangerous for novice kiters, would a 4mtr kite be dangerous for my
weight?
Cheers

A 4 meter is a good size for a beginner. Just take your time and work your way up. If you want to jump, even later, you want to go blade instead of
bullet. Its designed to lift, unlike the bullet.

Thanks for your reply. would a 4m Bullet 2 be able to do a good job for scudding and not unexpectedly lift me off?

Any kite in the right wind CAN lift you, but not nearly as likely as a blade. Whereas a blade will 99.99% most likely lift you unexpectedly at least
one time or another.

my cousins bullet 2.5 CAN lift you....but many times when we did try that it lost all its wind and just kinda collapsed. perhaps it was becasuse it
was a 2.5. Possibly.....however as scoopy said Blade III and IVs have very good lift. Also i heard the PB rebble and HQ cross fire have great lift and
a smaller price tag.
