I can't speak for the pepper but owned a 4.5 Bullet. It is not a good kite for jumping at all. I saw it and the 5.5 slam more than 1 kiter hard to the
ground. Get your timing off on a jump and it is sure to happen.
Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.
Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .

The pepper would be a better buggy engine, it is more forgiving than the bullet.
Besides,"wouldn't you rather be a pepper to?" hahaha

I don't know anything about the Pepper kites but I recently got a 2.5 Bullet. I continue to be shocked at how much grunt this little 2.5 has. It
puts my DP Power 3.5 to absolute shame in the raw power department! The downside with the Bullet from what I've noticed it's not as well mannered as
any of my other kites. It's "twitchy" for sure in that you must pay attention to it at all times or even the little 2.5 can hurt a less experienced
pilot. On a positive note though when the winds are up this is the kite of all the ones in my quiver that puts the biggest smile on my face! Not
refined and mannerly but in the right hands is a real rush. FWIW, Don't go for a Bullet if you want something more behaved and predictable.

Again , I don't have experience with the Pepper but I have plenty with the Bullets. If the pepper is better behaved than the 4.5 Bullet then it should
be an awsome kite. The bullet is designed as a buggy engine and served up lots of power. The only surprise it ever dealt was it's issue with slamming
you when trying to jump. Other than that it was a sweet kite with a good range and not too much lift. It is an older design than the pepper so ??
Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.

I agree with Annie0- I have a Bullet 2.5 and that thing can easily "Superman" you in the right winds. I NEVER fly it in gusty winds!! It collects
every ounce of wind and converts to power. I have done small jumps but its not made for that. Drive this kite through the power range and you will
skud like crazy.
It is my favorite buggy engine for my wind conditions.

The 4.5 and 5.5 add a nice hard slam to earth to the superman act.
Not jumping kites but great engines.

I love the bullets as a buggy engine, not bad on a board, they do require some attention and are not for jumping although they will lift you if
provoked. I find them to be quite fast and responsive to brake input, even though they can be a handful to bring down when it is really blowing. Lots
of power, wear your kite killers and be prepared to let go.
