Is this the first generation of NEO or a NEO II?

What color is the kite (Green or Blue Camo)??

It is First Generation NEO. Green and Orange, Here are some pics. I am not to sure how much it is worth, i bought it barely used a couple of years ago for 900$ and probably put about a 100 hours on it.
