The leading edge swish pattern makes me think its an Ozone Access XT. Not 100% sure, but that would be my 99.44% guess.

Man I live around Virginia Beach, the ocean and a bay, but most our beaches are like 10 feet wide and SOFT sand. I FEEL CHINCED!!! Nice video though.
