How fast can you go in a Peter Lynn Comp?

How fast can you go in a standard Peter Lynn comp buggy?

Going to post this on a few forums to see how fast a comp will go...

So far my best is 60.2kph (37.4mph)

Buggies usually hold up better than the rider. Its the riders nerves that begin to get tested over 40 mph.

I know that several of the Flexi freestyle riders have been over 60 mph in their Scout buggies. While the Scout might be a tad more sturdy, it is about the same dimensions.

I'm confident that I can go faster, in the comp, with the right kite and wind as I have never had any problems with stability or holding the power. My 60kph was with my 3m core...

Ideally I would like a better bug, but that ain't going to happen for a while - unless somebody wants to sponsor me! Yeah right!

I have often thought about getting a wide axle but keep thinking, save for a sysmic!

The worst that will happen is the wheels will fall off right? And as long as it isn't the front one your ok. And it will more than likely be the left rear. So one out of three isn't so bad. Just get it on video:yes:

PMSL! I check the wheel nuts before every session so hoping I won't lose one!
