Landboarding Newbie - Advice??

Hi
im new to the site! so please forgive me if im in the wrong place :)

So, i have been kiting for a while now (about a year), just recreational. and recently i have been intrested in kite landboarding.

i have been researching and looking up different kites, and i came across the peter lynn Hronet '2' 4m. I just wanted to know what people think of this kite? and if anyone has any better kites or sizes i should look at.

Also i have a f-one kitesurfing control bar with harness. could i use that equipment with a normal foil kite, while kite landboarding?

Many thanks, Chris. :)

Welcome,

A bit more information will help.

Your experience ? Size, weight. Local winds . Inland or beach?

No , unfortunately your depower bar doesn't work well on fixed bridle kites. Fixed bridle kites are by far best flown with handles. You can still hook into your harness with handles.

4m is kind of a bad size. Too big to be a a high wind kite and too small to be a low wind kite down the road. Big for a trainer and small for jumping. Not the easiest size to resell.

Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .
