Wanted: Used HQ Apex III 3m Depower
Would like to find a used HQ Apex III 3m depower kite in good condition. I want this to be able to comfortably introduce people to depower kites (and
for those days when the winds are screaming and I just have to get out and fly something). Probably not a kite in real high demand, but let me know
if you happen to run across one.
Thanks!
A couple of Trainers,
Some Fixed Bridle Kites (1.2m - 14m),
and some Depower Kites (3m - 20m),
GI & MBS boards,
PL XR+ buggy w/ VTT upgrade kit.

@apextech: thanks for the details on when HQ made the 3m Apex kites. Any chance you could tell me what changed in this model between Gen I and III?
@g-force junkie: the kite you are describing is a fixed bridle, 3-line trainer, correct? Thank you, but that isn't what I am looking for. Ok to pass
your contact info off to someone who I know is looking for a first kite (like the HQ Rush Pro or a Scout)?

Too much to list in changes btwn the gen I and gen III kites, completely different kites, the Apex I 3m is a rare bird indeed, I sold one to nocando
and it went to Australia have never seen another. The Apex 3 is probably your choice, yet not too common and a bit more expensive. For awhile I was
using a 5m LEI for land training that worked out for me at the beach, but the HQ Rush Pro 250 turned out to be the best trainer kite (I tried the Rush
300 non-pro and the Slingshot B2 as well). Hope that helps

Yes, that helps, Apextech... thank you. I knew nocando had one of the Apex 3m kites. He helped me last year obtain another kite in Australia that I
really wanted. I will just be patient and see if one ever pops up this year sometime.
@g-force junkie: I passed along your PKF ID to the guy I know who is looking for a starter kite and told him what you have. He might contact you.
Hope it sells for you!
