Pansh problem

I recently ordered a Pansh Adam 4.5m, a set of lines, and handles directly from Pansh. I was astonished today when it arrived at my house so quickly. I opened it up to find my new kite but it was missing the handles and lines which I paid for. The kite itself looks well made and is undamaged. I just sent Pansh an e-mail and hopefully this gets sorted out. Does anyone know how good Pansh is when it comes to customer service? I also posted on Panshfans, so hopefully someone from Pansh takes notice.

Alright, I just got a little frustrated. I've been really excited about getting my first kite and I wanted to fly it but I suppose its alright as long as this is dealt with in a prompt manner.

They mistakenly didn't send me the promotional kite I was supposed to get. I let them know and they shipped it without any arguements. They should take care of it but remember, you didn't buy a PKD, Ozone, HQ, or a Peter Lynn.

Edit I am not bashing pansh. They will make it right and so they should. You get a good kite at a great price so I personally cut them some slack when they didn't get my order right the first time. It has been the only mistake on my orders they have made

Pansh has always stunned me with the shipping speed and cost at the door (zero).

Pansh has sent me an email, they say that they will check the weight of the package and then ship me my lines and handles soon! I suppose I got worried over nothing.

I am glad they are making it right but it can be frustrating when you want to fly.

Pansh is scary fast how stuff arrives to door step when others takes week/s months to arrive.
BTW-Hobie 16 is good interesting name...i'm very interested in graduating from landsailing to actual 'water' sailing.
how long have you been at it?

Revpaul, I've been sailing for almost two years now. I bought a '73 hobie 16 catamaran which needed some work. I had never sailed before and only bought it because it was cheap. I ended up developing an obsession with wind power which is what led me into power kiting. I sail every chance I get. I tried making a land yacht from a recumbent tricycle, PVC, and a sail from my second sailboat. It didn't work very well. But now I have my Pansh flying and I made a buggy. I put up a thread about it in the buggy section. Hopefully it doesn't end up in the ever growing pile of failed projects like the land yacht.
