I am looking at getting into the water and need to get some stuff. I need a board for sure and possibly a ~9m kite. I may be interested in any extras (helmet, jacket, suit, etc.)

I am 5'10" 185# and would ideally like something this side of the boarder (but will consider US stuff). I am trying to keep the cost down until I can figure out what I really need in the future.
