Quiver refinement,... Salad anyone?
Ever since I sat down in the buggy seat, I have felt the need to refine the quiver or readjust to make things more buggy friendly.
It started out with the 5.1m PL Core which I got in a trade from Cheezy...
It is an awesome kite, and I must say I fell in love with the Core, but I had also heard so much good about the Viper S.
I wanted to get more Cores, maybe a 3m and a 4m to round out the quiver. I had a 3m Beamer for higher wind, but I had used it on a trip to Jekyll
Island, and felt like I REALLY had to work it too hard going upwind. So I vacillated for a long while, and decided to sell the Beamer (with a little
help from you all in a previous post) and get something else in the 3m size. I priced it well and it sold FAST. Subsequently, I found a GREAT deal and
ordered one of these:
A 2.6m PL Viper S,... it's in the mail and I should get him Monday I think.
But wait, before that, I ordered another Core, a 4m, (with the help of Big Mike) which I will bring home soon, when I can pay for him. Like so:
Ironically, I asked for a different color scheme, but since the Core has gone out of production, this was all that was left in the 4m size. So more
green then.
So I have wound up with a quiver of discontinued GREEN kites. So... salad anyone???
Good thing I like green.
I'm going to take a nap now

They look great and will be nice kites for you in the buggy. In thinking back, I don't think I've ever had a kite with green until I got my 9m
Phantom II. It contrasts well with black and white as well, so you'd think it would be used more.
