Low cost trainer kite

I'm still looking for a kite. My limit is $150 because Thats the max my mom says I can spend.

Kites I found:
Ozone IMP 3.5m 3 line
http://www.ebay.com/itm/120957659290?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:I...
STYLUS P4
http://www.ebay.com/itm/251114509753?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:I...

Kites She found:
Eolo Radsails 3.0
http://www.ebay.com/itm/120953705974?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:I...
Power kite 3m
http://www.ebay.com/itm/221077041763?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:I...

Are any of these kites good?

Of the ones you have posted, the Ozone IMP would be about the best deal. It comes with a two line bar with no braking system, but it does have the reverse launch capability.

The Stylus is a two line kite, not bad for beginners, but usues straps like a stunt kite rather than a bar or handles.

The Eolo radsail, a little older but not a bad start.

The power kite 3m seems to be a knockoff, which I would stay away from. Deal with someone that sells kites on a usual basis, not some novelty store.

Right, the brake line needs to be taken apart from the power and connected to the brake line of the handle. Rather a wimpy 4 line kite.
I stacked 3 of the P-3's and fly them on 2 lines, 120" long. Now its fun.

Big Mike (Big Mike's Kites) is selling a new brand called Cross Kites.

I don't know much about them at all, but they are supposed to be a super affordable alternative beginner level kite in multiple sizes. I think the write up says it is in line with the HQ Beamer or PL Hornet. He probably has a lot more info on them, and he is great to work with. I have bought several kites from him. Shoot him an email.

here is a link to his 4 line Cross Kites Quattro

Angus at Coastal Wind Sports has some PKD Buster Soulflys that you can fly on a bar as a 2-line kite with a 3rd line for revers launching, they are also flown as a 4-line kite on handles. They make Excellent trainers and later on you can have an Awesome high wind kite all for the same price..

HQ Scout2 is a great trainer kite. It comes with a bar, which you can also use with harness. Adjustable tension control. Easy revers launching, and in my opinion an excellent safety. I really highly recommend this trainer kite.

Sorry for the bad English.

cheers
