Hmmmm, the post from Tomasz, with the side topic of kiting with waterskis got me wondering... has anyone tried traction kiting with a kneeboard?

I have been toying with the idea of mounting a sit ski chair on a kite board so that I can get back out on the water again. If you utube Handikite one
can see how well this would work for dis or able body kitesurfers.

I have knee board in my car for last moth waiting to give a try ..... also some towing rope to get someone on that board and tow behind .... I was

I tried to knee board behind a kite before I actually bought a kiteboard. I didn't have much luck but it might have been more an issue of skill
rather than it not working. I would think it would really only work well for downwinders though.

Hey Dirtslide. Remember that PL kitecat we brought over for that guy up in squamish. basically ran off regular buggy controls but also had a separate
set of hand only controls to steer it. I took it for a spin up in squamish and it worked quite well. only real problem is transporting it. Upwind no
problem, basically you could run any sort of lines a buggy could make.

I was thinking about getting a wakeskate. They would hold an edge,as they have a fin at each end,but no bindings like a kiteboard. Big fun in shallow
