jantie, yes the yearly average is not great, but if you decide to give it a try make sure it is in October, I have been checking the conditions every day since the 1st and it has been averaging around 10mph, looks like we missed some 15 to 20 mph last Friday! we will report what we get this next weekend. I will also keep checking through October.

There is a bug in the forum software that doesn't let you see the last page if there is only one post on it. Either make another post (like you just did), or change the number of posts per page in your user settings.
