2007 Best Waroo 17m Kite only. $450
In like new condition, may as well call it brand new.
It never touched the water, only inflated to fly static a couple of times.
Wind range 8 to 18 knts (75kg rider)
Great kite for a larger beginners or intermediate riders as it is
super stable, smooth with easy re-launch.
Kite only but it will fly on any 4-line bar 50cm or
larger.

my 17 is almost a one kite quiver....................good from 10 to 22/23 mph..................

If I had an extra $500 in the kiting budget at the moment, this would be gone. Have heard really good things about Best, would love to get into water

I have sold / shipped about a dozen kites ( and now a skatewing ) to the U.S.A. using USPS with no issues . I would not worry about that !
I have had issues with Canada Customs and things coming this way but it has never effected the seller. Only extra cost put on to me by CBSA .

I always ship insured for full value; ie. cost of the kite + cost of the shipping.
If something happens, no one looses.
I had one instance when a kiteboard arrived damaged, US buyer filed a claim, got all money back within 30days + offered to buy the damage kiteboard
from insurance for $25.
He got it and after some filling and glassing board was like new.
