Had to try this new to me wing the other day .Wind was around 8knots.

Being able to only ride at beach, It would be nice to have big open flat treeless grassland like that.(where is that?). Looks great.

Imagine a place on land where any wind direction works!

Only time I get `any-wind- dierction-is-good' nirvana is on frozen lakes.

The video was shot at Garry Point about 15 miles south of downtown Vancouver (BC). It certainly would be nice to have a big open flat treeless grassland, wish we had one. GP looks very big in a GoPro but that big expanse is only a couple of hundred meters wide. The absolutely longest tack is 500m. On anything but S or SW the wind is always lumpy shifty rotor.
But come on up and fly with us, then we'll start drinking.
