Martin, I believe those are 16x8 Carlisle Tires on the back, on yes, 8x8 Sysemic rims. Chads buggy was desingned with the different height tires in
mind when it was built so that it still rides level. The front tire is a bigfoot lite 21x12x8 on 4x8 rim! It is a sweet ride indeed, and you will get
to see it up close and personal at WBB! It has a real sparkle in the sunshine!

Scudley, the buggy was not polished, the powder coater blasted the stainless to free it from any slick spots as well as any flash rust from the welds.
They also put a primer on it before they shot it with the good stuff.Once the blasting was done, the SS had a good "etched" and primered surface for
the powder to stick to. Some people acid etch the SS before powder coating to get good adherence, but in this case, it was not necessary. (according
to the poweder coater) they have done many SS pieces before this one and have had no issues with it.

WOW. The VTT Factory has been working hard and it is starting to show.
I would love to give it a go, and get it really dirty.
I like the color, although I would hate to cover up the SS. :P It looks like the wheels were powder coated also, they don't look so shiny?
I would love to hear the "after WBB" report on the bug.

I made this buggy for Chad for the Spring WWBB earlier this year. He came to the event but had to go home early so didn't get to ride. He noticed
that the stainless had some fine powder rust near the welds. I was told that this happens when the metal is heated during the welding process. I
have very little experience with SS so didn't have any good advice to prevent that except to cover the area with light oil keep it from rusting. We
decided that it would be bullet proof to just powdercoat it to match his truck. If it ever did get scratch, the SS underneath would not rust.
I do have that yellow Speed Stinger that I haven't even tested out yet. I have a Stinger Race version which is a combination of the regular Stinger
and the Speed Stinger in the works. Should have one ready for DBBB next month.

I love the SS color but I was just having too much trouble keeping it clean from the surface rust as I live with water on three sides of me. I also
don’t have the time and money to polish it. The best choice for time and money was the powder coat. I still have all SS hardware showing and from what
I hear a bas a$$ shiny silver buggy, as I have not seen it in person just yet! Talking with Rich and Van a lot about it, the decision was made and so
far there are no regrets. When I am ready to sell she should still be in great shape with no rust! (Whenever that may be) I.M.O. VTT buggies are the
way I go! I can say they have never let me down from the black widow to this one off (Stinger Race/Black widow hybrid) Van's the man!
Can't wait.....Just one more week :shocked2:
