I don't know for sure on the manufacture date, but it was fairly new when I bought it. I would guess manufacture date around 2002-2003. My friend purchased it new, flew it once, and decided it was too much kite for him so I bought it from him. So essentially, it was new when I got it. Included lines are 500/300 lbs.
