Brand new Slingshot Fuel 15m, 11m, 7m
Anyone want some Fuels? I found some for really cheep with a board, 2 bars, a harness, and a pump. If I bought them I would keep everything but the
kites. I'm not sure what year but the seller says 2 are new and 1 is in like new condition. Is anyone interested in them? Before I take the plunge and
buy them I need to be pretty sure I can unload them so I'm not stuck 3 kites I don't have the skill to fly.

I am not an LEI guy but you definitely want to lnow what model year these are. I imagine new, in this case,means unused, not 2012 model year.

If they are cheap , they are the older fuels. The older fuels are going for about $50 per kite. Even if they are the newer fuels, it would be hard
for you to sell them since they are still high performance C kites with very little depower. I don't know anyone locally that still use them.

you absolutely must find out year. if it's before 2008, do NOT buy at any price. No matter what the FUEL series from Slingshot are very high
performance C-kites with not much depower. They are amazing kites, but small windrange.
new(after 2009) fuels have a better windrange and less "pure" C-kite feel. All of the people I know who rode fuels have moved to the Slingshot RPM.
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

That's pretty much what happened here in the Houston area. I'm one of the few that is still flying Waroos and Arcs on the water. Everyone is on
RPM's now. I sold all my Fuels awhile back and got the Waroos since the Fuels were too dangerous for me.

How much would you say all the other stuff is worth? All of it is in like great condition.
Edit: I just found out they are probably 05.

Keep in mind that Bars have come a long way as well. Older bars do not have good safety features.

Kites are probably good for having spare ripstop around. Might make nice hamocks or nasa wings. You might see if kiteboarding.com is still accepting
old kites toward a purchase of a new one. Sometimes they give up to $300 credit. That might be over though.
Bars, the bar might be ok. would be great if you want to put a small fb kite on a bar. a plain bar, airush 65cm bar was selling on ebay for a long
time for $20. Most of the components are 7 years old so I wouldn't pay too much for them.
I bought a well cared for c kite on here a couple of years ago for $75. It made a really nice hammock.
