Where to buggy in Florida?

A friend of mine is going to Florida from the UK in April and would like to do some Kitebugging.
Any place that is ok, good, great, the best? He is able to go most any place for the month so any help would be great.

There are several threads on this from the past several months. My favorites are Anastasia State Park in St. Augustine and its worth the effort to go just up in GA to Jekyll Island.
