This is just a race event at Dillon, part of the Dillon Snowkite Race Series.... this is not the Dillon Snowkite Open. People should come, YES! Just
don't expect it to be the full fledged DSO with associated events and kegs and such.
That said, y'all better come, this'll be a lot smaller and more like the old therapy sessions, but it's definitely looking like some racing...

Oh, I forgot to say how much of a great time we had! Two SWEET days of riding in a row, hard to beat! We didn't have any races, but did set up some
markers, so people could have their own races or just practice on the course.
Saturday was lightwind nearly all day, people who had 13m+ kites were doing well. I rode for nearly 4 hours on my rev15, only came in because I ran
out of water in my camelbak. Just a great day.
Sunday was blowing harder, 12m was a good size for most, I was powered/overpowered on my 15, but loving every moment of it. Was going fast and
boosting pretty well.
All in all it was a fantastic weekend!
Hope to see you all first weekend in MARCH for the final event in the Dillon Snowkite Series 2013! (And here's hoping there is some winter left by
then!)

Nice. I was sorry to have missed it. I should be cleared for real kiting this coming Wednesday and I plan to get out as much as I can, including a
trip or two to Walsenburg where mi madre lives. I'll keep you posted!

Probably can't make Sat, March 2nd, but hope to drop by Sunday.
Also, on the drive up to Denver, hope to drop by on Friday, March 1st. Forecast for Fri looks promising...

Looking like a great weekend at Dillon, see you there for the final Snowkite Series non-event event of the year!
Sunday is looking like a big wind day!

3-3-13 at Dillon. Hard to tell, but I'm on tele gear [NTN and BD Verdicts]. That's a 9M Switch Method V1. Had to leave pretty early Sunday afternoon,
to do the 400+ mile grind home, so those that stayed can thank us for the sacrifice.

It was a great weekend for sure that weekend, sorry we didn't cross paths! Great shot!
Since we're getting hammered right now, Dillon will probably be pretty nice this week as well.
