Carbon Road Bike: Trade or $1500 - SOLD
C'mon... someone needs a carbon road bike, don't they? 2006 55cm Bianchi Carbon Reparto Corse with Campagnolo Veloce group
Dropped the price from $1500 + $95 for shipping to $1500 shipped (or $1405 + $95 shipping, if you want ).
Also still open to trades for kite stuff, obviously. Looking for a 9-15m Arc or a 9m LEI + something to ride when it's not snowing (like a buggy or a
board).
Thanks!

Here are details. Still looking for the pics I've already taken. I'll upload in a sec. I was selling for $1700, but it's probably worth $1500 and
I'm interested in any combination of the following:
- Depower kites
- Arc, LEI or Foils (I have an 18m Arc and 13m LEI, so smaller than that.)
- Buggies - Don't own one, but would like one.
- ATB - Mine is a piece of junk. Would love to have a decent Trampa, Scrub or MBS (in that order)
Bike Specifics:
This is a lightly-used custom carbon 55cm road bike. The 928 lugged carbon frame is from 2006, and is in nearly perfect condition. There is a spot
of wear on the rear derailleur hanger, and the hole for the rear brake shows some signs of wear. I had to get help installing the rear brake -- from
Excel Sports in Boulder, Colorado -- and it works perfectly. I am the 2nd owner of both the frame and the groupset. I am first owner on the seat,
handlebars, seat tube, tyres, and pedals. I put 2 carbon water cages on the bike that fit the look perfectly (even have celeste accents!).
Personally, I have probably only put about 300 miles on the bike. I love this bike and have put a lot of care (and money!) into it, but I just don't
ride it anymore, so it's time to sell it. The frame is feather-light, and the only thing weird about it is that it has a 31.4mm seat tube, which is a
pain. Of the 3 seat tubes included, there is an FSA (31.4mm) and an Easton (standard size (27.2mm, if I remember correctly). The 3rd tube is a
clunker that I bought while I was figuring the rest out. If you wanted to, you could probably beat someone up with it but otherwise, it's relatively
useless. It does, however, fit.
Here is what is included:
Look Keo Plus pedals (Not Carbon)
3 seat posts (1 aluminum, 1 FSA Carbon Offset 31.4, 1 Easton Straight
Light weight Cat Eye computer (nothing fancy, but very light and gets the job done.)
Bianchi 55cm frame, including FSA headset, spacers, forks, etc.
Full Campagnolo Veloce groupset (not 100% on the bottom bracket and hubs, but campy skewers would suggest campy hubs. Bottom bracket is in very good
shape, just don't remember the brand. I can investigate if necessary.)
Wheels (Campagnolo Khamsin)
FSA bars
Rare fi'zi:k celeste saddle
Carbon water cages x 2 (with celeste accents)
FREE shipping in a protected box
For the most part, I assembled the bike, but Excel sports in Boulder, Colorado did a lot of the maintenance and some of the installation on this bike.
They are renowned for quality cycle work.

Pics in just a few when I find them.

I must not be hardcore enough because I am still happy with the road bike I bought at a garage sale for $2.00.

That's because you've never sat on a Carbon Bianchi . If only I could convert
this bike into a kite traction vehicle...

Wow... is there anything kite nerds haven't cooked up? That seems like a horrible idea... my palms were sweating just watching it
g-force, sent you a U2U. If we could work something out, that'd be great, plus NO SHIPPING costs!

I would love a carbon bianchi.... I am still riding a lugged steel frame but I ride a 58... Looks like a nice bike You should be able to sell easy
enough, although I am not sure this is the place for a quick sale.

Yeah, the cyclists turned it backwards and wear the padding on the ass. If you wanna look like a normal person and not a superhero, seats like this
totally suck.
