2.5 days without power and a 35* house sucks!!

Ever have a plant die in your family room....from FROST?! We did!

Just got power back this morning- out since Friday. Saw 35* inside the house by Sunday morning.

Recorded a 72mph gust of wind saturday night-4ft drifts of snow

broke snow blower, plow on golf cart and 2 shovels.

Still thousands on Cape Cod without power- say most will be back on by Thursday...Thursday!!

Over 1500 repair crews here from everywhere to help- never seen so many Bucket trucks in my life and I have been through many Hurricanes.

I'm glad you got your heat back. To bad all your snow tools broke. I blew up my snow blower as well. I hope all is well for every one out there soon.

Glad the power is back. I bought a generator 3 years ago after that ice storm knocked power out for us for 4 days. Our house was 37 degrees when I decided to take the cat and myself to my inlaws (my wife and kids left 2 days prior). The generator, though expensive, was the best thing I ever purchased. We've used it for three storms now. Can't put a price on warmth, running water, and food on demand from the fridge.
