Don't limit yourself to just the PL bars. There are some LEI bars out there that will do the same. The market is full of LEI bars so you can get a
very good one for your budget.

Since "RTF" stands for "Ready to Fly", it is not possible to get a RTF bar, unless you can find a bar that flies. If so, it would be out of your
budget. :P
