Help me pick a All-around kite

So here's my dilemma, I can buy a 9 m and a 13 m petter Lynn escape LEI or 12 m Fly surfer speed 3. Since I have moved from Las Vegas to Wyoming I no longer get a chance to kite buggy all I have been able to do is snow kite or kite board the wind here blows anywhere from 10 to 35+ mile an hour. So I'm trying to round off my quiver as I have just sold all of my kites, all I need is 2-kites a low-wind and a high wind So I can snow kite and Kite board

Man I wish I knew the answer. My quiver just keeps growing. I have a 19, 15, 11, 8, 5, 3, 2.8, 2, 1.4

I am still missing a 6m depower for those high wind days.

A 12m FS S3 can just about cover the ranges of those two kites.

No bladders to worry about and one less kite to carry around.

Like he said, on snow you will be moving at the low end just fine and on water you will be really pushing it at the high end. Smaller board and your weight will help you handle higher winds but at 35 I am over powered on my 8m Neo. Flysurfer will have better depower though. Good luck in your quest.
