Replacement seat for Flexifoil original buggy (pre 2001)

Does anyone know if the replacement seats for Flexifoil standard buggies will fit the 'old-style' Flexifoil buggy pre 2001 (when I think the frame style changed with the raised side rails)? I've had my buggy since 1997 and the seat is starting to wear and split - not long now before I start wearing away my butt...

I've noticed that the seat and buggy frame style on the Peter Lynn Competition buggies is probably the closest to the old style Flexifoil that I have - how about this one... anyone know if this will fit?

Cheers!

Kev,
By "old-style" do you mean the model with the raised rear axle?
It drops down to the standard wheel height on either side, but rises behind the seat.

That higher axle height might cause problems with fit.
I haven't tried to fit a new-style seat to that model before.

The side rails shouldn't be a problem, but that axle...

BTW... Anybody needing a new one... I do have an Original Flexi axle in-stock.

Corey - yeah that's the one. I'm not having much luck finding anyone who has any of the old seats, or for that matter even a PL Comp buggy seat. At this point I'm thinking of getting some nylon straps and sewing them across the seat to reinforce it - at least thats less expensive than paying $60 for a new seat that may not even fit right.

Anyone else have any ideas?
