Lower face shield is removable. Upper portion of helmet has intake and exhaust vents.
Kober should be able to tell you how effectively it sheds heat.

Unclear, but there have been some gripes about having to remove the lower face plate to don and doff the helmet, which is what's done here:

I dont think you want to use it in summer time .....
.... I use it most of time in winter when snowkiting or snowboarding .... when mask is on you can use it way below 0F with additional ski mask
under ... When above 40F I don't use plastic mask .....
... I did ride buggy with it .... and I was fine in colder days ... but you can cook you brain when sun is out ... lol
I know PTW use Ruroc also .... not sure .... maybe he have "summer version" like some F1 pit crew that also use Ruroc ( I think Lotus )
