sometimes you read between the lines and think things that are not obvious, I think this is one of those times.
Not sure by looking at the guys jumping, but they look cool. Only wish I could see the board.
Could it be...........hmmmmmmmm..........how many boardz are left..........is it time for a yard sale? closeout? liquidation? Or?
bring cash my friends, and come look in the back of my truck, I have some sweet deals on some boardz.....

Sheeesh... seriously think that a bit unwarranted.
No offense, but it'd be nice if our hunger from new and shiny didn't come at the cost of our civility.
Not speaking for them, but I expect the posting to SD was off-the cuff, in a moment of excitement and during a lull.
I saw the posting when it first went up, but was quite frankly more intent on posting questions (all of which were graciously answered). My first
impulse wasn't to x-post to every other forum I frequent. Then again, there are enough other pots of the stove boiling over, so my posting frequency
is down a bit from what it normally is.

Sorry for the offense!!
I didn't plan to communicate before the effective arrival of the new boards but some pictures leaked trough FB so I disclosed it on SD... but didn't
expect to spread that fast... (and, no, I am not Kip )
That proto board looks sweet but still not convinced the complexity of it compared to a standard board will allow it to hold up over time in a kiting
environment. Cool if they do though. I invested in Gin when most in the States didn't even know who they were. Look where that got me. Once
bitten...

I would just think that an integral product development step is feedback from riders, why not use all your team riders to expand your available
dataset? Then again, it's been some time since I saw a new flexboardz vid....from anybody.
Why has the board switched to TRAMPA hubs? The larger than normal wheels was a definite selling point...
B-roc- Amen brother, I feel the same way about GI. I was so excited to have "not MBS". Though, I did watch the company slowly fall apart, not a
surprise close like GIN.
BigKid-I got about tree-fiddy. What that get me?
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

Don't get me started. I have a history of investing in failing kite companies.
Bought a set of Begos... no longer making kites.
Bought a quiver of JOJO Intincts... don't think they are really making kites any more either.
Bought the first of my GI boards back in 2006... gone the way of the Dodo.
Gin is just the most recent failing kite company I've invested in.
Some I've sold off, some I've kept but no regrets really on any purchases though I won't be charging the way to bring new brands and technology to
this sport on my dime anymore.
Maybe I'll convert to HQ or Ozone... nah, wouldn't want to be responsible for
killing those companies with my track record
My dream is to see both the Gin and GI brands resurface.

Thanks a lot for your advices about product development.
With our limited means, we have taken few years to collect a lot of feedbacks from many riders of various riding practices, technical level or origin
and to try various solutions... but we don't necessarly communicate all of it. We share a lot of our developments/bricolages but we still keep this
"cooking" personnal.
For the Trampa wheels, at the prototyping/testing stage, we often use standard/competitors accessories to make easier comparaison...no relationship
with product final design.
Finally, as you know, behind a product development in our sport, there is often a person that commits a lot of resources to his/our passion.
Successful or not, it still modestly contributes to the progress of our sport.
For these reasons, I personnaly treat them with a bit of respect and indulgence, specially the failures.
I was looking forward to see Flexboardz at WBB ... Big Kid surely is bringing one with him .... So far I been admiring innovative design only seen
on videos and pictures ... It would be nice to have chance hold it in you hands ,,,, .... and its good to see you trying to of forward with design
and taking costumer feedback as you guidance .... Wishing you to succeed again with next generation Flexboardz .....
