Go to Photoshop or MS Paint and shrink the image on your HDD down to 'appropriate' size, then reupload it like so:

I like that paraglider wing, but those wingtips do not look that stable. Is that a modded paraglider gone slightly wrong, or is it just under-inflated
a bit?

Might be a tad underinflated. It's a custom paraglider, made by a gentleman named, Boguslaw Pelczar. There are additional pictures of it (I like
the one between the apartment buildings) at the bottom of this page.
