I'll be studying this for awhile. It's not that many of the turns are difficult to learn and pull off, it's that I haven't seen them before or even
thought about them. Eli, I'd love for you to move to Vegas and set up buggy school on Ivanpah. I could learn alot from chasing you around. :Ange09:

Ok, looks like your favorite is the upwind turn with a sort of backloop. I've learned just a basic upwind turn, but its just up high and back down in
the other direction as I complete the turn. You pull harder on the turn and loop the kite. I wonder if that is just to power up your exit more,
just for flair, or to keep the kite moving better in low winds. Does that loop unwind your lines or add a second twist? With my upwind turn, I end
up with a single twist in the lines.
Thanks Eli!

All the above with the perhaps the exception of the "flair" (well, maybe a little flair ). You definitely get a boost coming out of the turn and if in lower winds it does keep the kite moving better as well. And yes it does
take that single loop of the lines out too. It's really quite easy once you have the upwind turn itself down halfway decent. It actually feels more
natural to add the back loop. As you are bringing it down, just keep it going into the back loop and hold on.
I agree with ya Bobby on having someone like Eli to chase around and learn from. I've been pretty fortunate to have him and others such as Jon,
Richard, Gabe and Frank right here in my own neighborhood.

I've been watching that upwind turn with the loop thrown in over and over again since I saw this thread. I've been walking it in the living room as
well lol. Another awesome video Eli!
And Eli can't go anywhere, we need him more than you do!

Great vid Eli, I loved the music too. I'm still in the simple realm of turn kite, then turn buggy,... Not ready for all that fancy stuff yet.
Good job!
I'm going to take a nap now
