Get in touch with Kiting Tampa Bay. They are mostly active on Facebook and do not respond to emails very diligently.
I was there for 7 weeks last year for work and spent most of the time on Treasure Island. That is a good beach. Parking was $7 a day. Park South of
The Thunderbird Hotel.
There is also Siesta Key which is closer to you. I went there once and was impressed with not only the large parking lot but the facility. I seem to
remember parking was free. Pristine sand for sure.
