Hey everybody, here's a situation in regards to buggy camp. Last year the ball was dropped in collecting donations for such things as the dumpster, getting the port-a-potty dumped and a little token to Phil to show our appreciation The result of that was that 2 individuals ended up donating most of the funds to cover the entire kit-n-caboodle. I'm willing to bet that this would not have happened if more people would have been made aware of it. That is where the ball was dropped. Not in anybody willing to ante up, but just not in getting the word out.

The situation now is how to avoid that from happening again, I would like to for one, let everybody know about this and two, would like to hear from all that enjoy buggy camp and would like to see it to continue, what their ideas and suggestions are on how we avoid a similar situation.

I would also like to add which I'm sure is going to be a delight to all, there will be an additional port-a-potty this year. It was quite apparent to everybody's nose that one just doesn't quite cut it.

I heard about a white board this year with the items and cost on it.
A pot for the money would help fill the need and for me would motivate me to pay for____. Sounds like an easy solution. If I bring a bunch of 1 dollar bills will someone be table dancing?:o

Looks like Levi and I are going to be camping at Buggy Camp for a few days, in a tent, in the rain, with you all. Renee will come down in the RV for the weekend. hehehe

I'll make sure to bring some cash to add to the pot. I really, really appreciate being able to stay there and all the time and effort it takes to make it all happen. Thanks to all involved!
