So I did something......

I did my first half marathon!!!! 13.1 miles through the black hills in south dakota @ deadwood!

Did it in 2:25:07!!

Not bad for a fat guy! :lol:

Wife came in at 2:59:54!!

Now im drinking guinness :D

Wow, congrats Drew (and wife :D ) That's really impressive. I'd love to do something like that, but get shin splints when I run more than about 3 miles at a time

You gunna go for the full marathon next ??

Tough mudder in two weeks! Another 13 miles, but this time i'll have to deal with obstacles and a 2000' elevation change on the course... At least they give you a beer at the end of that one :lol:

Good job Drew,... I wouldn't say you're fat! It's just extra padding for your part time job as a crash test dummy right? Or still swollen from the weight of whatever buggy was most recently on top of you, eh? :lol:

Lol no worries dude!

Ive just got a donut around my middle... by the crappy BMI chart im just a hair under morbidly obese.... But break out the calipers and im just under 15% bodyfat (finally!)

I was always a fat kid/adult, so I still see myself as a fat guy... im probably aneorexic, but im just too lazy to follow through :lol:
