I'm trying to piece together my first kite rig on a very tight budget. I have everything except the bar and lines. Anyone out there have a 4 line/ bar that would work with a Best Nemesis kite 9 M? Thanks!

I know the Best range of Kites reasonably well (one of my kite buddies uses Kahoonas and a Nemesis)

Almost any 4 line bar will work well with your kite which should make it easier to find a control rig. Avoid anything too old, its difficult when you are on a tight budget i know but its worth getting something 2008 or newer. Slingshot comp-stick is a good one to look for if you cant find a Best redline.

Where are you based? If you are in the UK I can point you at a few good shops that sell ex demo gear. This stuff is usually well priced and has often seen very little use. Some times you can get old season gear thats never been used too. Both my Naish bars were bought this way for a third of the price of the current season versions.
